2008 "Chipocricy Tour"

September 30 - October 11, 2008

Workers, students & allies will visit 8 cities for nearly two weeks of intensive education and action around the true meaning of the term "sustainable agriculture" and to demand that Chipotle include farmworkers in its vision of "Food With Integrity."

In a taste of larger things to come this December, the final two stops of the tour will feature actions at Subway locations, calling on the giant sandwich chain to take responsibility for farmworker exploitation and human rights abuses in its tomato supply chain.
