Skye Cronje

Skye Cronje (she/her) graduated from Stetson University with a degree in World Languages and Cultures [Spanish Primary, Arabic Secondary], minor in Latin American Studies, and the Certificate of Community Engagement. Her passion for farmworker justice stems from participating in several service trips to different immigrant and farmworker communities. For nearly two years, she interned with the Immigration and Advocacy Teams at Hope CommUnity Center, where she was introduced to other grassroots organizations like the CIW. Her internship with CIW in the summer of 2022 inspired her to involve other Stetson students in the fight for farmworker justice. Now, she is taking a gap year while continuing to organize the Stetson community.
